Return conditions

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. If you're in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason — no justification needed.

We know that sometimes a part looks right but doesn't fit your specific Brompton model. If that happens — even if you've already tried to install it — just contact us. We'll make it right.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If something is defective, damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@foldrio.com and we'll evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

Want something different? Contact us and we'll find the best solution together — exchange, store credit, or a full refund to your original payment method.

Refunds

Once we've confirmed your return, your refund will be processed within 5 business days to your original payment method. If more than 10 business days have passed since approval, contact us at info@foldrio.com.
